Dave Zubko

A highly accomplished senior leader with more than 35 years of experience in heavy civil construction, Dave specializes in earthworks and deep underground utility installations across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, municipal, defense, and industrial.

He began his career on underground crews as a labourer, gaining hands-on experience and steadily progressing into key field roles including Pipe Layer, Mainline Operator, Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager. This ground-up path has given him a practical, operational understanding of safety, productivity, schedule control, and jobsite execution.

In 2009, Dave returned to school and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in 2013, strengthening his business, financial, and leadership capabilities. This combination of field and academic experience supported his advancement into Operations Manager and ultimately Vice President & CEO, where he led large-scale projects, managed multidisciplinary teams, optimized processes, and drove overall company performance.
